Mission
The WCDA provides the structure and means for those with a professional
passion to impact the career development of individuals.  It is a catalyst to
rejuvenate that professionalism through interaction with colleagues outside
the daily workplace.  WCDA assures this by providing opportunities and an
environment for its members to grow, learn and enhance their own career
development.
Our priorities in the state of Wisconsin are to:

    individuals to promote career development and career self-
    management.

People in the state of Wisconsin recognize and acknowledge the importance
of career development and career self-management throughout the lifespan.
